Morrison/EDM has completed design and
construction on a 1,250 square foot indoor
exercise pool facility.

Dubbed the “Personal Natatorium” this facility
incorporates sustainable construction principals
and utilizes Energy Star compliant equipment
for dehumidification, pool water heating and
temperature control. To protect the surrounding
structure, a “zero-perm” vapor barrier was
installed to create an envelope that can easily
be managed for ideal climate control.

The pool is 12 feet by 30 feet and features a
“deep end” in the middle with shallow water at
each end. The pool is designed for exercise and
recreation and maintains superior
environmental control all twelve months of the
year.
